    Default 4 bolt main caps

Anybody have reccomendations on 4 bolt main caps? So far I'm leaning toward these.

i run milodon caps. the only thing i didn't care for was the cap height were the inner studs are. it was to tall and had to be machined down to fit my arp studs. those caps being billet steel should be plenty strong. i would just verify your studs fit you save you some aggravation upfront.

I am running Howards billet mains. Im real happy with them. No machine work for the arp studs.

I'm using Pro Gram, no complaints. I've heard good things about Howards stuff.
