I'm no expert but ill jump in and get you started.
EGR and AIR set your constants to points you will never reach: 255mph or so and in the tables you'll want to 0 the spark settings for both.
Traction control just 0 the spark table for it.
since the cat is gutted tune out the cel codes for your rear o2 sensors and delete them if you want, nothin to really tune otherwise except maybe the cat over temp stuff but I've never messed with them and I deleted mine.
With your 160 tstat you can tune your fans to kick in at lower temps. I'm gonna guess around 190-200 but its your personal choice based on climate and driving style etc.
as far as your intake/ exhaust mods you might bump your VE tables but you have to datalogging to see your blms to know that.
Stock tunes can usually get a bump in timing since the factory runs a little conservative for safety and Also with the 160 stat installed you might be able to bump timing a few degrees more. If you do make sure to datalog for knock and listen for it as well.
Just my own personal experience too, you could lower or even 0 your burst knock table without too much risk but that's a personal choice.
Last point, your long tubes. As far as tuning might not be much but from reading on the forum they can cause issues fr the knock sensors. Luckily your a 95 and can swap to the corvette lt4 knock module. Only the module tho, don't swap sensors. Trust me on that lol I had issues when I built mine cuz I bought the wrong year knock sensor.
Please keep in mind this is all just my suggestion, I'm not responsible for anything that happens as a result. Dont wanna sound mean but also don't want you to hate me if something were to go wrong lol. This is just my general knowledge, and trust me others on the board with more experience will agree and disagree with some of it.
Btw if you need a datalogging program there's a nice one here on the forum. I can find you the link if you want or I'm sure you can find it.

Check your tire diameter.... 285/40-17 (26.0") is slightly larger than the optional stock 245/50-16's (25.65") and slightly smaller than the base V8 stock 235/55-16's (26.2").
The stock tables for the power enrichment mode target A/F ratio tend to produce a number around 11.7:1, which is a bit on the rich side. Tweaking the numbers in the PE tables to produce a number closer to 12.8:1 will usually produce a decent HP gain at WOT.
No after-cat sensors on a 95, so that's not a problem.SOLD - GONE TO A (VERY) GOOD HOME ! - 94 Formula A3+1: 381ci forged stroker - Callies Stealth, Oliver 5.85 billet rods, BME nitrous pistons / CNC LT4 heads / CC solid roller / TH400+GearVendors OD / 4.11 Strange 12-bolt / 300-shot N2O / Spohn Suspension / roll bar / MoTeC M48 Pro engine management system /a few other odds 'n ends.
