well my camaro has both lights on... remember when the lights are on because of a malfunction it means the things have been disabled by the car...so it wont change anything other than no trac control...or abs. i hate both.

Lol I don't even have traction control on the TA, but I only have 2 concerns about the lights on.
1) Will it still pass inspection while throwing a code - probably not, so gonna have to either fix it or turn it off.
2) My wife doesn't have the driving experience I do, so having traction control and ABS may be beneficial to her lol.96 Trans Am WS6 LT1 M6: 10/7/11 - current: 245.7 RWHP / 266.2 RWTQ - 14.462s @ 98.28 MPH

abs and traction control dont count for emissions. those are not a "code" as in the ses light. At least here in PA. Those are more like a "low inflation" light for a tire.
call ur local gm dealership... set up an appointment for the car before u buy it...pay the 100 bucks to have them go over it...then get an estimate on the "repair" for the lights and use that to negotiate the price...that 100 bucks will be well worth it...esp in case they find anything else...and also for the estimate to negotiate off the price.

Chris, I have a new can of wax, if you feel up to it. LOL
Peter, I'll do some research on the speed sensors. I know where you might be able yo get some, if thats the code it's throwin.

LOL Jamie bring it on over.
I know one thing for sure, after looking at all the rock chips in the flex after 20k miles and how beat up the camaro bumper was after I got it painted. The next car is getting the clear film on the front mirrors and behind the wheels
