I took the cash, signed the title to them and my end is done right?

Who are thy gonna come to to confirm what the sales price was?

That is true, however in my defense, as long as my dad wrote and signed for the sale price of 2800, and they give me 2800, my dad and I are in the right and should have no reason to be accused of anything. What exactly would I gain from lying on the sales price? Only one to have a reason to lie would be the buyer trying to avoid taxes or whatever. But then again, popo as you know more than anyone, our legal system is nothing to proud of, so I wouldn't put it past them trying to get me on something.

THe only thing I would be concerned with is when/if you were to be questioned, being asked why you would sell a vehicle without legitimately transferring the ownership. My other concern is, if they do not transfer it, and its ever involved in anything not on the Up and Up (odds are with an ATV that wont happen), it will still be yours in the eyes of PA.

I wish you luck and hope it works out, although my trust for people is thin...
