Default Got my Nova Running :)

So the twin turbo LTx Plans for my nova have gone by the way side. A neighbor ended up moving out and had a 350 for sale. Said it was a cam only engine. I picked it up for $340. Put some new valve springs, push rods, 1.65 full roller rockers and a 650 CFM ProFrom race carb. Slapped it in my Nova in one evening (and most of the morning lol) and fired it up for the second time. First was on the engine stand. That was scary.

My buddy has a dirty mouth... Click with caution....

Hoping to have it out at the track in a few weeks. Figure add a 150-175 shot and it will be in the mid 7's in the 8th. Its scary on the street. 1st is useless, 2nd spins for 500'-600' and 3rd pulls hard. I fear it may be pulling the wheels on the track

Here it is with a custom 3" x pipe I made.

Stopping with drum brakes? Who said it stops lol. Its absolutely scary, needs an alignment pretty badly and it pulls hard under braking. Needs some adjustments and I think it will work. Shut down space is double the racing space so it "should" slow down

Yeah Popo, I remember that now. I never sold it. Had it on CL for over 8 months. Tons of talkers, none ever came to see it. Figure I'll have some fun with it in the time before I re-list it.
