    22 - TPS voltage low
33 - MAP sensor, signal voltage high, low vacuum
42 - Ignition control circuit, short or grounded
48 - MAF sensor circuit...plug your maf in....can see that in the vid
    63 - Bank 2 (right) O2 sensor, open circuit
    83 - (M6) Reverse inhibit system
85 - Transmission TCC stuck "on"

are you sure nothing else is disconected or any damaged wiring?

check all of the wiring around the (guessing) pass side exhaust...make sure nothing is damaged...thats alot of codes....I tend to look for what all of them have in common to start with

there is the ignition system wiring diagram...verify wire color and pin location and repair as needed
