ONE QUESTION THOUGH.. have you contacted GOLEN to see what this exact build would cost you now.

yeah i used my last name on the other site. That's what coworkers and friends call me so it's a habit... I'll try and change it on other site.
I was going to call Golen and ask a few questions this week. The seller will need to come down a little before i make a move on it, or i'll just wait and build one next winter. Thanks for the help man!

Yes. The standard Trick Flow heads area 195cc head out of the box, un ported. Ported, they get much bigger (mine are 218cc). Makes a pretty big difference.

Personally I would never run one from them. There is a history of machining problems and clearence and tolerence issues. For that kind of $$ it is being sold for it is a huge gamble I wouldn't take. Look into Golen engine problems on the boards or maybe google will pull it up easier. Has been talked about a lot over the years.
