95 Firebird Trans Am Headlight module HELP!

Does anyone know how to test the headlight control module that control's the motors for the headlamps?
I have tested the motors and they work great, I checked all the wiring and connectors all looks good.
There has got to be a way to test this dam module using a voltmeter.

Put in a used headlamp module today and the headlamps work great.
After replacing both motors and the headlamp module, finally up and running again.
It was a real pita to raise and lower the headlamps manually every time I needed to use them
and kinda embarrassing too. Lol
