I had plenty of Clarence even with a stock K-member and hooker LT. And fit stock starter.
Im installing a tubular K-member when its warmer. And don't have any worries with it.94 Trans am. Built 383/T56(437/409) Wilwoods, tubular suspension, QA1/BMR, Watts Link. Stripped down and set to kill!

Good info.
How tall is that Canton pan, in the front? From where it bolts on the block, down to the bottom of the pan? Like 4 1/2" ?94' Z -383 LTx, AI TFS 215cc heads/C/I

With my Canton pan I used a Melling 10552 with Canton's 20-023 pickup. Worked great.

Sounds like a good setup Joe. Did everybody have to drop the K-member to get the pan off?
