    Default tail lights problem

    when the lights are on, not all the bulbs out back turn on. i dont know how or where to look for electrical problems or shorts, can some one help me??

    Test light. the rear sockets are known to have problems,be patient this can get nerve racking..check the groung wires aswell.

    Also, make sure the sockets are clean. Over time they are known to get some corrosion in there and that can block the current from getting to the bulb.

    If you can get in there with sand paper you can use that. You could also use a small wire brush. If you have any battery terminal cleaner, you could use that also.

    i really havent checked them, but i dont think that they are burned out because when i changed all the bulbs some time ago, it didnt do any good

    i took the easy way and picked up a wiring harness from the junkyarrd, $25. i got pulled over yesterday and didnt want to go through that hassle anymore cause that wasnt the first time thats ever happened, thanks for the help guys
