I have $5000 in mine (McLeod twin, sfi bell housing, polished gears, faceplated, trans pump w/ input gear nozzle and new 1-4 gears, I told RPM to build it to hold 900ft lbs). So I'd say $1400 isn't bad lmao.

I have no plans on ever pushing past MAYBE 500hp. I'd just like to have a tranny that won't break down under normal wear and tear.

Good news! My ujoint was the issue, took out the yoke with it. Luckily I'm in the process of building an 8.8 so I just stole the yoke out of my donor. Dodged a bullet there, almost used the equity out of my car loan. It vibrates a whole heck of alot less now
