While I agree bad news spreads faster than good, especially on the internet, there are far too many red flags to use this company when there are many others with a better rep. If the company can make a statement that they are OK with one in a hundred customers having an issue with their order, then they need to take a long look at their customer service procedures. The bad thing is, many of the issues are of a similar problem if you read the negative comments. Order placed, product not shipped for a considerable amount of time (but paid for), and said to be on backorder with no order placed with the manufacturer. I don't think anyone should be surprised that they wouldn't admit these deficiencies when questioned in person. I'm certainly not shooting the messenger but no one should be naive to believe a problem doesn't exist.

I agree - so many reports of people having bad issues with them and they just shrug it off? That seems like a big "F**k you" to their customers in my book....

IMO the 1 in a 100 thing was just an off the cuff remark made by an employee, not a quality control mission statement by the company. As you can see, internet gossip just put those words in another context. I'm very far from naive, companies and people do have problems. Once I worked for a company with a QC program and a 99% success rating was doing damn good and got me my annual raise. Again I'll let TR speak for themselves, but there ain't alot of point in bashing, if you don't feel warm and fuzzy about them its understandable. Nolan

Primer 55?
Communication is key in situations like what they are in. I think everyone recognizes that they are a small company and has to get everything through the manufacturer, but when something is back ordered they need to come to the customer immediately and say "hey your stuff is on backorder, would you like to wait or be refunded?"
Keeping people in the dark is a piss poor business practiceChris

No need to twist my comments and I didn't take the 1 in 100 as being literal nor did I attempt to attack you . I am not creating gossip as I had an experience very similar to many who have provided negative feedback for TR. Things happen in any customer service industry but it's how a company deals with these issues is how they will remain in business for years to come. While I encourage them to respond, I have a strong feeling they won't.
