WTB: forged short block
Anyone have a built short block laying around? Let me know. Freight shipping may be ideal if it's not close enough for me to drive to (within 2-3 hours).
Just seeing what is out there, would like to go this route vs building my own. I saw some deals on other forums, but thought I'd look here.

I have one but not sure what it's worth yet. http://ltxtech.com/forums/showthread...ortblock-worth I'm traveling to NJ at the end of the month too, I could bring it down with me. Here's some more of it running before I pulled it too. http://s1218.photobucket.com/albums/...Short%20Block/

I'd really prefer something I can leave alone and not have to do anything to.

Personally, I would have it gone through if you purchase something used or assembled by some one else. I have never seen a engine purchase that turned out to be good. IE not have to visit the machine shop or it had a catastrophic failure. Maybe the people down here in FL suck, I dunno, but that's my $0.02.
Good luck man.95 Impala SS Clone

I'm going to have a machinist friend of mine go over it with me before it goes in the car.
Thanks!
