97 firehawk m6 with a forged long rod 355 stock heads and intake soon to be upgraded to LE 21* tfs heads and a big asscam , rpm built level 5 t56 trans s60 with 4.30 gears umi suspension walbro pump and hot wire kit and a spinning best 12.36 @ 114 crap 60 foot.

Steve, the MBA knobs have some weight to them. Not sure exactly how much, but they're solid. I had one on my Vette but removed it. Icy cold in the winter, blistering hot in the summer.
If you haven't tried a factory shift knob that came with the hurst shifters from the factory, try one. Feels awesome in the hand.

the heat and cold doesnt bother me much, all of my last few cars have had heavy bullet or steel knobs so im use to it. I might try the MBA. The OEM hurst has to weight like 2oz? I hate the feel of a light knob, it has to really clunk when i push it in.... gear...
