I saw it, that is why I said I'd rather do a cam swap if we're talking a budget that would include shocks and springs.

As for 'para-quoting', your taking it far too personally. I simply made ageneral statement about a general attitude of a general group of people. Ididnt quote your post or mention your name but if for whatever reason thatcomment hit that close to home then im sorry it offended you.

Nothing on here could ever offend me, no need to apologize, but I find it hard to believe you aren't talking to me when you quoted me in post #10 of this thread.

I'm wasting my breath at this point. Exiting this thread stage left.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, just making a counter case. I never try to get personal either, I try to stay subjective and logical with this stuff. What works for me may not work for you. No biggie, just making my points. We're all here for the same reason and us LTX'ers gotta stick together so...

We're a long way from that, just some spirited dialog. When the name calling, cussing, etc starts, that's when it's getting out of hand in my opinion.

Who is ready to hold hands???

    Lol...sorry.

To the op...can i make the suggestion and say do NEITHER. As you can see , to gain optimal advantage of either mod...you will need more supporting mods... I say, hold off...build a bigger budget then do something 100%

When i first got my car..i did the huge 2" drop with just sprimgs and window tint. I was happy...but looking back at it these 7 yrs later... I wouldve started by doing the full susp..and NO mods to the engine...but thats because i always knew i was gonna do a motor swap.

As stated, to ALL who voiced their advice, THANK YOU. Im actually really glad to see that people on here are so passionate about these "old" LTx cars and giving correct advice and information. After sleeping on it ive decided not to do either mods mentioned. If you know me, or have ever seen my car you would know that im not the type of person to do anything half-assed, especially when it comes to my baby. So for now im concentrating on getting my car on the road before Ocean City MD this spring. Then that way if something comes up that I NEED, I will have a litttle bit of back up money already set aside. Again thanks to EVERYONE! See you in oc in May.
