    Default 4L80E Basic operation/Info

    so, i have heard a lot of people talking about going 4L80E and today when i was cleaning up stuff i came across my notebook from one of my Transmission classes and figured i would share. when i get some time and if people request i can retype my chicken scratch.

    Keep in mind that a 4L80E will automatically slow the car down 2/10's. It's too big and heavy yp be effective, as well as it eats up too much horsepower. A properly built 4L60E is a much better avenue. Unfortunately, there aren't many GOOD 4L60E builders.
