Thumbs down NEED!!! Im in a pinch.

I need a clutch fork and a throw out bearing. Need these two parts to keep my project going. Kinda makes me angry seeing the throwout bearing going for $100. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I've got a stock pressure plate and clutch that has a throw out bearing on it. Would that help?

Would you separate the throwout bearing from the pressure plate?
