Alright man, I can barely take it anymore! What is it going to take for you to seek legal action here? You have been straight up lied to time and time again. Been given false information, false tracking number, and even a false shipping statement. And yet after all this time and money spent you keep having the patience that only another military member could understand. Your motor is not coming. You have been ripped off. You need to pursue legal action while you can and try to make things right.

trust me, i am not sitting here doing nothing and just waiting. as of know i do not with to publicize what is going on between my builder and myself. but there are steps being taken to solve this problem.

Well, all I know are the facts from what you have shared, and after getting hosed myself before, I hate seeing that happen to you.
The solution better have an engine at your doorstep quick, or legal action supporting you getting some fat $ back. If not, you seriously do have more than enough here to take this dude to court.
