    Welcome to the board! Yeah, Eagle cast cranks are notorious for breakage. Nice looking car, and I'm feeling the 10-spokes!

    Especially when its a cast crank... represented as a forged crank on a boost application...

    OUCH. That really sucks. Here is a quick pic of what mine looked like:






    Fucking Chinese junk. Mine went while driving 55mph on a flat road. It jsut started rattling, I thought I had a loose pulley. I drove it home (was at work) an HOUR AWAY like that, the damn thing didn't hiccup, or throw a SES or anything. Didnt even burn any oil. I got it up on some ramps at home and could move the crank up and down about 1/8 inch.

    when we pulled it apart, we also found a single bent valve, and evidence of severe overheating:





    Needless to say, the whole reciprocating assy got replaced.... and the block is now splayed to a 4 bolt. I;m happy so far, but I have yet to get a dyno tune to see where it sits for power.

    My issue was alot of dyno beating on a blower strained cast crank..... mine was supposed to be forged.... long story under a thread i called PARRISH ENTERPRISE...
