    Default Vents blowing hot!!!!!

Anyone have any issues with their vent air blowing hot? My a/c doesn't blow cold but that's a separate issue(I think). When I have just my vent air in coming from the outside with no a/c and no heat on and the temp knob turned to full cold I still have hot air coming out. Doesn't neccisaeily feel like the heater is on its just quite a bit warmer than the outside air.

I have a feeling this may also be my it feels like my a/c isn't working. The cold air is being masked by the hit vent air?

    Ay ideas?

Normal. You're pulling hot air from engine bay and associated areas.

Air is pulled in through the cowl, not the engine bay. Though you could argue that the engine is heating air slightly as it passes over the hood...

OP, make sure your mixture door is not stuck open. You can remove the cable linkage from the door hinge and move it manually, see if it makes a difference. Sometimes the linkage sticks, or could even be broken.

Ok thanks spartan. I'll check that out. That is almost what it feels like. Like the heat is always stuck on. Driving it today it was def hot not warm. Also my damn rear started to howl. Guess its time for bearings.

A/c doesn't work yet lar. Haven't really had time to mess with it.
