2006 f350 v10 missfire
i have an 06 f350 v10. I think i have a misfire but only under certain conditions. when either its super cold or under a load like when im towing. Over all though i have seen a decrease from 13.5 mph to 9.5. the misfire seems really bad when towing up hill i can hear a pss pss pss pss. Im think a bad coil but im not used to fords as this is my first.

No I dont have any codes i kinda wish I did. the funny thing is this truck measures every thing even EGT. Im thinking a bad coil but i feel if it were that i would get a code. Its going into the shop soon as I take the camaro out of storage. It has the famous two piece spark plugs and i rather let the dealer play with them if i cant figue it out by then ill let them figure it out. How would i test the coils on it?
