Please do, I've been lookin at gettin a hood that isn't so obnoxious! I really like the look of Z8's but it doesn't look like that car has windshield wipers and I need a bolt on hood to clear those. As the OP posted, on VFN's site the standard and wide version look alike and actually just look like different angles of the same car.

I emailed VFN and recieved this answer:
"The wide Sunoco was based off our extended Sunoco scoop. It is a little taller then our standard sunoco - 4 1/2" in height when laid flat rather then 3" in height. When on the car, the wide will come to about 6" in total height at the center - due to the curve of the fenders - and dip down to about 3" in the back of the scoop.
This scoop is also wider at 28".
The Standard Sunoco is 3" all the way through and about 22" in width."-Josh

Yeah, that sounds like a lot of trimming. I had to do a lot of trimming on the back edge of the cowl to clear wipers even on my normal sunoco style.

They do look good though. I got mine really cheap, its light, and gives me the clearance I need for my front mounted CAI but I don't really care for how obnoxious it looks!
