    How was the root process on the tbolt? I rooted my droid 1 that I'm currently using early last year and its been ok all things considered.

    It was not bad. XDA forums has a link to a one click root for the tbolt. I am using Virus Rom with the 2.5 radio leak. I can now go all day on stock battery. Wireless tether is great too. It is amazing how much stuff you can tweak. I think that newer HTC devices are getting harder to root.
