FIC Injectors
I just wanted to thank Rich with FIC Injectors and share my experience with them. I PM'd Rich about a possible leaking injector and within hours I had a response from him. He confirmed what I was thinking and again within hours I had a price quote for injector cleaning, rebuilding and flowing and a service request form in my email in-box. I sent off the injectors and 1 day after they received them I got a phone call with a status update, the correction, and the final bill (which was cheaper than the original quote!). 2 days later I had my rebuilt and flowed injectors with flow documentation. We're talkin 4 days from me shipping to receiving them back! There was some confusion as to what the address was for FIC Injectors and after asking I got a call from the owner Jon, who was more than polite in explaining their shop and billing office are next door to each other but are physically on different streets thus the different address's. Rich then sent a hand full of PM's making sure I was able to speak to Jon and all my questions and concerns were answered.
For future reference Their are 2 companies with very similar website's, the correct site for the FIC Injectors that sponsors this site is ("fuel injector connection" NOT clinic!):

to Rich and FIC Injectors for super quick turnaround and customer service the way it should be but is rarely found anymore!

Thanks very much guys, customer service is our #1 priority. The phone number I give is my personal cell. My work email and all the forums are linked to it as well, no matter where I am, I CAN'T ESCAPE! haha.

I hope the OP does not mind me jumping on board to also praise RICH. Several weeks ago, I decided to jump on the deal for the new 340 fuel pumps.... My OCD, did not allow me to just order it, I had to PM question after question after question, till we got to the point that we spoke on the phone. Rich was easy to work with, and now in possession of my fuel pump Im ready to hit the rollers again... Thank you for not getting frustrated with the PMs and phone calls Rich....
Will def be doing business again!
