i am on day 4 of not smoking!!

Congrats! I quit 15 years ago. I picked up cigars though, but maybe 2-3 a month. Think of all the money for the car you will have now.

I have been trying to quit for 5 years. Everytime I start I fall off the wagon in less than a week. Keep up the good work bro. I'm gonna try to stop again starting next Monday.

I typically had no trouble quitting when I stopped drinking or going to bars.. but once I'm at a bar it was over haha didn't matter how long I had quit for

Lol, easier said then done.... No excuses, but...... I quit for two and three week periods all the time.... however, SOMEONE... continues to, and the constant bombardment of smoke and the smell and the "addiction" gets to me, and I roll right back into it........ Originally Posted by QC97Z

Normally its harder to quit but i think it helps out that there are about 3-4 others in my shop that are also quitting. but the real challenge will be when i get back and go to the bar....
