Twin Disk Question
So I bought a used twin disk clutch flywheel and master cylinder from Mcleod had it sent off to be rebuilt and balanced by Mcleod - I have the install instructions but no where can i find recommended break in mileage. With a Twin disk is there any break in mileage? BTW - flywheel was a heavy bitch
by myself and I'm not a little guy. Thanks in advance.

I have no experience with that clutch set up, but typically the accepted break in mileage is 500 miles or more. At least that's what I've always been told. If you're not sure you could always call and ask
"Only in the Corps can you put three guys in a room with an anvil and a rubber mallet, come back 15 min later, and the anvil is broken, the rubber mallet is missing, and nobody saw a damned thing!"

how do you like the clutch? I have been looking for a new clutch and the spec 5's non ability to be drivin on the street is forcing me to go the mcleod street twin route I fear.

500 miles. The instructions I printed from McLeod's site said "500 MILE BREAK-IN PERIOD" right at the top.
