theres lots of 400 horsepower cars in my area on craigslist. They all have flowmasters, racing spark plugs and wires, and cold air intakes.

Got it! The sixteen year old mistook the alternator (1) and power steering pump (2) for turbo's! G-tech probably told him it runs 9's. Those CL adds are epic!
