I really couldn't care less what the drivetrain itself is like. As long as the engine internals haven't been touched (including heads and all forms of FI obviously) then it is still a bolt-on car. A TH400 and a different rear is not going to gain you any time on a bolt-on car.

I agree here with most of what is said. However, when I bolted on my 12bolt, I could then launch @ 5500rpm with slicks and gained .75 in the 1/4 plus 4mph.

there is nothing wrong with the msd opti except the price is kinda high but its worth it, the only thing wrong is the people who install it
