Thread: good looking valve covers??

I have the same ones! I used the Duplicolor Shawdow paint on them. The fit great and didn't leak but the bolts suck, the allen heads are soft and will strip out. Also the stock PCV grommet is loose in the hole, I RTV mine in. here is a pic of them in the car:

I run the same ones.

I ran into the same issues. Make sure you use the proper allen wrench, or they will get rounded out. As for the PCV grommet, I picked up a new one from Advance Auto in the help section. It was a few bucks and I got the angled one.

I love the canton fabricated valve covers but im having a hard time spending $200 on valve covers.

I got my alternator relocation bracket coming and once thats on I'm putting these Edelbrock ones I custom painted on. I can't wait.
