My thing is I always want to be the biggest I can be. I want to get out of the cruiser and have the people thing..... ohhhhh fuk! You would be suprised how much easier some things become at work (as the popo) with larger stature....

And finally,on my own time, with driving vehicles that gather alot of attention as they roll up, last thing I want to do is be all rolly polly getting out. Not saying there is anything wrong with it, but its not for me.....

And FINALLY.... I wanna be bigger than the ROCK.

Popo has the right idea. You need to have someone to look up to and try to achieve the look for yourself and hopefully even beat it. If you don't have a clear mental image of what you want to look like, you can never get there. For me it always has been and always will be...

I workout 4 days a week usually. I do a 5/3/1 workout and try to get in some cardio and Yoga through the week if I have time. The 5/3/1 is cool, heavy weight with low reps on your core exercise's and the weight percentage goes up each week for 3 weeks and then you have a de-load week at week , only about 50% of your 1 rep max. Then the following week you go up 5lb on upper body and 10lbs lower body. This goes for 4 weeks and then you switch it up a little. I also try to stick to a pretty lean diet and take a few supplements. I try to eat about 6-7 times a day. Stuff like eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, fish, chicken ect ect. I have a detailed diet but I doubt you want me to put all that up here.

    Daily totals are roughly
    2,200-2,600 Calories
    250-300 grams of Protein
    125-180 Carbs
    75 grams of fat

    Monday – Squat

    45 Degree Leg Press – 4 sets of 10-20 reps · Leg Extension – 4 sets of 10-30 reps
    · Leg Curl – 4 sets of 10-15 reps
    · ABS- Swiss Ball Crunch, Hanging leg raise, Decline weighted crunches
    Tuesday – Bench Press
    · Incline Dumbbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 10-20 reps
    · Chest Dip (weighted) – 4 sets of 8-15 reps
    · Dumbbell Flys – 4 sets of 12 reps
    · Cable Tricep Extension – 4 sets of 10-20 reps
    Thursday – Deadlift
    · Lat Pull Down – 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    · Bent Over Row – 4 sets of 15 reps/arm
    · Reverse Hyperextensions – 4 sets of 12 reps
    · ABS – Twisting decline dumbbell sit ups, Hanging Knee Raise, Decline weighted twist
    Friday – Overhead Press
    · Seated Dumbbell Press: 4 sets of 10 reps
    · Barbell Upright Row: 4 sets of 10 reps
    · Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 4 sets of 10-15 reps
    · Standing Barbell Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps
