Passenger Side Mirror
Need a passenger side mirror for a '94 Camaro. Hoping someone has one lying around and would let it go at a reasonable cost.
STORY: Had an '08 Mercedes GL550 back into me in a parking lot. It was registered to a business and the insurance information in the car was expired. I have a feeling they let it lapse. It's going on a few weeks now and none of my insurance company's calls to them are being returned. There seems to be a giant loop hole in the system where nothing can be rectified (at least through insurance) if the other party doesn't call back. Estimates are around $1000+ and it's the only car in the family at the moment. At least it's still drivable in the mean time, but that feeling of going through a huge hassle and perhaps getting screwed is coming on.

I've got on that has a small, very small crack in it. I got it when working at a Chevrolet dealership, they were going to fix it but since insurance was paying they just replaced it. The body guy knew I had a Camaro and brought it to me. It's been partially sanded since they were going to reuse it. Send me your email and I can get you pics. If your intrested I can have a friend of mine fix the crack and paint it for ya before shipping, he owns a body shop and painted the hood and front bumper cover of my car. Once you see pics if your intrested I'll get a $ estimate shipped with and without paint for ya.

Thanks for the reply. I did get a couple PMs, but my need has been postponed for the time being. Made some progress outside of insurance. I ended up contacting the owner of the company directly. He hadn't even been told what happened. I finally got the company to give the repair shop their billing information. Looks like this may work out after all. The car is being dropped off the first of next month. Assuming everything goes smoothly, all costs will be covered...including the $145 mirror. It's absurd the body shop charges that much for a mirror, but it isn't coming out of my pocket!
