    There are definitely mainstream, dumbass tattoos (Such as picking "flash" off of the wall)

    However I wouldn't call the industry and art of it in general mainstream.

    the tattoo of twilight is kinda stupid to me, but the work put into, and the skill in it is amazing to me. The 'butterfly' one is funny as hell, and very creative. I've always wanted a tat, just could never think of anything that would cool and mean something now, and be just as cool and mean just as much in 40 years.
    1995 Formy M6 T-top LS1 WS6 air box w/LG G2 lid, LE 226/230 cam, cleaned up stock heads, 1.6 RR's, SLP pp, SPEC stage 3+ disc, LPP longtubes, Magnaflow, t/a cover, 3.73's, J&M LCA's, UMI 3pt SFC's. 12.8 @ 110 on a 2.00 60' 3 days after going back together untuned.

    I have tattoos that mean nothing to me, but are great pieces of art. Tattoos don't have to mean anything.
