    Are copper colored cam bearings an indicaton that they are bad? See picIMAG0108.jpg

    Yah, that's a pretty ugly bearing. Sure you were losing a bit of oil pressure there

    well looks like i got some other problems now.. like a broken bolt in the first main cap! SOB...

    yea that bearing definatly saw some serious wear.......theres an issue there...........and what do you mean a "Broken Bolt in the first cap"?

    He was tourqin it down and shnap. Half the bolt is down in the hole... time for some arp

    last i checked main bolts arnt tty

    yea no shit.. its going to the machine shop monday morning to get removed. and when i get it back im gunna attempt to do cam bearings.. first time ever going to do them. looks easy just got to get the oil holes lined up and get them in the righ order!
