Theres always little things to do to these cars. I have to fix an oil leak, and replace some weather stripping. Great looking vette man, have you taken it out to the twisties?

I hear you... I got some valve cover gaskets to fix and the rear diff is leaking.....

valve covers= no biggie

rear diff= reason for steeper gears

Tire for tire? Like $5-10 more than 315's. Not like it's going to help his traction or handling, assuming it's a street radial on stock suspension. Cool factor -- maybe.

You could put 335's on your Camaro if high numbers is the only thing important to you.

Its a TPI GS clone that I paid 55% of book value for.... isnt "cool factor" what its all about....?

If that's what your into, sure. But if it's cool factor -- why not buy a '69 Camaro or '70 Chevelle and have MACCO put a $2000 paint job on it?
