i just wired the lights basic black green an tan impossible to screw up an i have high beams but no low beams

I cannot get all 4 lights to come on when the high beams are on, only the high beams come on when the high beams are on an low beams come on when the low beams are on. What would cause this, is the switch different or the headlight module or something?

cuz like i said, the low beam wire is dead when you flip the high beams on, you need to get power to the low beams while the high beam are on! i told you, what i would have done!

short block is fresh, 2800 miles on it. Arp rod bolts, new bearings rings an align hone, rods resized, crank micro polished, ported heads 2.02 1.60 valves, 600 lift springs shimmed. Comp cc306 cam, port pros ported intake, 58mm tb, 150 shot, 38lb injectors, bolt ons 4 inch y pipe an 4 inch dyno max bullet an turn down and long tubes of course an 1.6 roller rockers emissions delete, tuned, but yes.... its just a lil 350.
