Any more ideas on the EGR ?

How hard is it to pull the EGR out?

I doubt that would make HC's 2000 from what I have read.

Did the Seafoam thing yesterday and some MOPAR CCC into the vacuum line. Didnt get much smoke out though?

EGR will have no bearing on this. It pulls exhaust into the intake to help reduce NOx. The Hot Cam has enough overlap you don't really even need the EGR. (With enough overlap, there is a bit of reversion where the engine itself will pull some of the exhaust back in.) Anyway, it will have no bearing on your HC or CO. The Seafoam should have helped some. The other suggestions given are good ones. Also, what brand of O2s did you put in?
