Ive never had a problem with replacement blades, I dont know what issues you guys run into about fitment or whatever. I would like to know. I use the rain ex latitude blades without a problem. they just snap in like the metal frame ones do/did.

I have never ran into this problem. Every wiper assy I've seen comes with adapters which allows you to put it onto the wiper arms. The Rain-X ones I'm using now had it and work great. Clean the windshield without streaks or problems.

Im running the RainX ones too, but the ends dont contact the windshield, and sometimes there is gaps in the center of the blade, I have to bend the metal frame of the wiper blade to get them, and usually it works, but sometimes it doesnt, but doing this everytime you buy new blades is becoming a pain
what happens is you get spots where the blade doesnt contact the windshield, which leads to streaking and high pressure areas which leads to scratching. This was a big problem and which is why they changed the design in 98+
the OEM wipers have a weird truss looking frame which helps even out the pressure, but you can only get these from the dealer, and last I checked they were like 40 bucks EACH. And most people with 93-97 F-bodies just chunked the OEM wipers when replacing the blades, instead of keeping them and just replacing the rubber insert
You can make aftermarket wipers work, but its a pain, usually you have to bend the frames and massage them till they work good, but usually after using them a few times they will go out of "alignment" and you end up with streaks and dirty spots again.97 Trans Am WS6, LT1 factory 4bolt freak, M6,

thats what Ive always done, bent the metal frame a little on replacement blades so the wiper covers the whole area of the windshield. I just thought it was the window shape was weird or something lol. I was sitting here scratching my head wondering why so many people were having problem with the wipers.

I have always just used Rainx wheatherbeater blades from walmart. All you have to do is flip the supplied connector upside down and snap them on. For 8 bucks a piece they arent to shabby of blades.

Try a pair of rain-ex lattitude wipers. no bending the frame, no missed spots, no more dirty window.
