Datalogging with MS-II (megasquirt 2) help!

Ok, so im trying to get MS-II setupto run a datalog on my brothers 94z28 turbo'd with a 383. It starts to run really lean (15:1) when its at zero-2 psi. Anyways, i need to datalog it and send the file away to the people doing the tuning so they know whats up. When MS-II unit was installed in the car, he recieved a "powerEFI" cd with megatune and all the programs required. Ive ran through the install on megamanual.com, but when i open megatune 2.55 it asks me to select a project. I select "MS2-Microsquirt BG 2.890" which i assume is the right one, it says COM1 could not be opened.

Does anyone use this, or could help walk me through?

im not familir with the data logger you have but i do know that your coms are matched up with your usb ports. what you have to do is make sure which ever com you are using it is set up with the correct usb port.
