I'd ditch the sub as no one will want it and it just takes away from the value of the box itself, which is not bad. Needs to be cleaned up/ painted but the slot ported design would be good for an SPL system with a quality subwoofer.
The Visonik sub is taking away value from it as they are bottom of the barrel Walmart/ Pep Boys bargain stuff plus it looks like that one is damaged anyway with the glue on the surround.
Take the sub out and someone may be interested in it. I build boxes similar to that and they sell for as much as $149.00 new. You may get $75.00 or so for it. Push the slot port design and custom fit. Looks like you could get a massive 12" sub in that thing. By massive I mean the motor structure/magnet wouldn't have depth issues as does happen with some boxes of this design. Heavy duty subs with alot of excursion need more depth. Looks like your enclosure could handle that kind of sub which also would be the kind of sub that would benefit from a slot port so someone would want it. Put it on ebay and push the above mentioned benefits of the enclosure. Also charge about $40.00-50.00 for shipping as it will be a heavy item box and ship. UPS store will do it for you, another benefit of taking the crap sub out...lighter weight for shipping.
    Hope this helps!!

you might also want to put it up on craigslist, as a local sale should yield you more money as shipping will be expensive.
