Id do a bead of RTV silicone.... and yeah if you wana seperate it, just slice and peel for a clean edge again...

On second thought, silicone may work better than caulk if you want the 2 pieces to join better. Both will keep liquid out. Thanks for bringin it up popo.

Sounds like the best idea so far. I'll still have to hit that up. But here it is finished... still want to add more lights, but I'll just do that when they go on clearance.... I really think the satin finish over the lights sets it off. Need to find a way to use dimming lights and shit so it looks like a windows media player visualization...

Yeah... shipping would be difficult... with the thick cut glass its actually quite heavy. It's really easy though... just use a jigsaw for whatever you want to cut, holesaw for holes etc. I'd be interested in making them locally or for pickup or whatever... shipping would be difficult.
