LPP headers and factory cat-back . . ?

Well it's not my DD but I live in the midwest and i don't have a garage and I wanna get this done before the cold weather hits and I have to cover the car. I also wanna be able to play with it a little bit before the snow hits, thats why i'm concerned about the cat-back. I'm installing the headers next week, i took the week off to do it among other things (my water pump is toast) i just didn't expect the cat-back to take that long to get here
