Bose stereo help needed asap
Hi guys. I have a 95 Z28 that had the factory Bose cd player in it. I swapped in an aftermarket Sony deck, and used the proper adaptor harness but I have no sound coming out of anywhere now? Do I need anything else? All the wires are connected and everything is plugged in. Please help, I need more than just that sweet exhaust note from time to time...
My baby ^^

Ah ha, figured it out. We did the radio swap along with a 97 dash swap at the same time so we slept on it and went back at it today with clear heads.
When my fiancé wired up the radio she didn't bother with the power antenna wire for the power antenna since the car doesn't have one.
Well, for future reference that's the wire that triggers the factory Bose amp. D'oh
So yeah, maybe tweeter did screw you LOL

yeah it should be a straight forward install. i've installed an aftermarket deck twice in my 95 T/A and it has the 10 speaker setup with tweeters in the doors (i'm assuming thats the bose system) and all i had to do was wire everything up with a wiring harness and i reused it when i changed decks. since my car does have a factory power antenna i wired that up from the start so yeah maybe that is it.
