Default Identify these connectors - under dash

Working on getting the dash back in a all wired up but came across these two plugs that I can't figure out where they go. They are wrapped in pink tape. It's a small Y harness that plugs into the main dash harness on the driver's side near the steering column.

I've searched all over the web as well as my helm book...no luck

The only y harness I know of under there is for the cruise cancel switches on the brake and clutch pedals.
