Serious LT Heads
Thought I would throw them on here first before posting them to other sites.
I haven't posted these anywhere else yet as was busy over the summer. They need a good home so for the LTX site, $3,000 vs. the $4,500 before.
AFR 227 Aluminum heads ported to 230CC. Professional ported by Indy Cylinder Head. Below are some quick stats:
1. Titanium 2.10 intakes +100
2. Inconel 1.60 exhaust +100
3. Exhaust ports are larger than normal and flow much better than what you can buy. Requires Sthal bolt pattern on your headers because the ports are larger than a stock bolt pattern allows.
4. 1/2" bolt holes on front of drivers head to allow blower plate if required
5. 7/16 studs or setup for shaft rockers
6. O-rings in heads
7. enlarger oil return passages
8. Copper valve seats
9. Step washers on all head holes for studs
11. Setup for hydr. roller but just a spring change can make them for solid roller.
12. Titanium retainers and 10 degree titanium locks.
13. have a set of 1.625 titanium exhaust valves I will include.
13. I'm sure I leaving something off the list that they have or has been done to them
Best pass made 1450 HP on these heads. Really need a big inch LT motor or forced induction to flow them. Or 10,000 RPM.
Nothing wrong with them, just made a new meaner set last year.
More money in these heads than I want to admit. Have to be real about what someone would pay so sell for $4,500. That price will save you thousands of dollars over trying to replicate them on your own.Last edited by Jeff Green; 10-30-2019 at 08:21 PM.
