Garrett intercooler core measures 12x24x4.5. Width at bottom from one tank to the other is 31.75, overall width at bottom including billet inlet/outlets is 37 inches. Top is 25.5" total. Bungs welded on core to mount using 3/8 bolts. Guys using this exact core are reporting 8-12° temperature rises at 950-1000 hp and it has been proven to support up to 1300 hp. Tanks were fabricated using 1/8" (.125) 5052 aluminum and Treadstone billet intercooler lips. Inlet and outlet are 3.5 inches.


I had this built with plans to use it on my car, but have decided to go a different route. This is BRAND NEW. No air has ever been forced through it and it has never been mounted.
