Need some paint help.

I've got a 97 T/A. I have a Ram Air hood sitting in my parents basement that needs paint. Also have a couple gouges in my bumper cover i need to fix, not to mention the bumper cover has the typical paint discoloring.

I have a buddy who worked in a body shop for quite a few years, and he would do the paint work for me as long as I provide supplies. While that is a great situation, I have no idea what I'll need for supplies, how much, or where to get it from. I know some of the obvious, primer, base coat, clear coat, reducer, and sanding supplies, but beyond that, I'm and idiot.

If you guys have any suggestions or good places to get supplies, and at what cost? I really appreciate any help you guys can give me.
