mirror shake

A while ago, some jackass kids shot my driver side mirror with a BB gun. they only were able to hit the bottom edge, which took a chunk out, and sent a crack up from the chunk to the top edge of the mirror

So now I have a rattle or shake in the mirror

If I adjust it just perfect the wind wont make it shake

but usually this is at a bad angle and I cant see behind me.

So does anybody know how to disassemble the power mirrors to fix this?

I am going to replace the mirror glass, so I figure there is some sort of fastener under there

Any help would be greatly appreciated
