Default 93 camaro with factory Delco/Bose?

5 Speaker system, sub and rear seat speakers have slowly died. Only left with the two front door speakers and the right front is getting intermittent.

What do I need to do to replace the entire system?

I would be fine with 4 total speakers and a good head unit. I like the sound of the motor.

I have heard rumers of having to remove everything and completely rewiring the car.

Help me figure what I need to do.

    Thanks.

I had the bose in my 94 but it was only door speakers and speaker ing the hatch so when I did my interior swap I just installed new back soeakers and ran wires and new door speskers and ran new wires and installed my sony head unit and my own subs in the rear and sounded great

93 only had door speakers and the "sub" in the back. I have replaced all of my Bose stuff. I did pull the factory amps in the doors and run wires for the infinity 2 way speakers i put in . I run a stealth box in the back now with a small mono amp and 10" inifinity sub.

Being that you are replacing the deck and all four speakers, you should be fine. The problems most come up with is only replacing part of the equipment, the factory deck has no internal amplifier and the ohm ratings on the factory amplified speakers are not in line with the standards for aftermarkets. Some also have issues trying to keep the factory sub, it's doable and easy, just a lot of installers are clueless on the older bose systems. There actually was a bose 5 speaker system, not as common, but have worked on them.
