We are actually doing home renovations now (to the actual living quarters), and Ive been speaking with the contractor re an addition to the house where the shed is. A 3rd bay... wide enough for a lift and comfort working... and twice as deep as the other garage so I can have vehicle storage and a workshop. However with a ball park est of 100k... it will have to wait till I pay the house off. Good news is, that is less than 2 years away.

I don't see why you could't "run" an OBD2 PCM and have it just receive power and give serial connection to ADL port. As long as VIN checks and all systems are tuned to show ready, should be enough for inspection?
I figure it would just be easier to return it to obd2... then have it pro tuned where indid my camaro... worst case it will be h/c/i... should not be as much headache as boost set up was to tune.
