Remove spare tire, back seats, tubular suspension (as you mentioned), EGR/AIR/SMOG removal, there's some excess steel below the front fenders you can cut off if you're feeling really ballsy, bumper cores, light weight wheels, and anything inside the car you feel you can live without (speakers, carpet, sound deadener, stereo, etc.). Also keep in mind anything electrical you remove, you can also remove the wiring for by tracing it back. Takes a lot of time, but some members have seen a pretty decent amount of weight come out in just wiring lol.
Got about $600 to spend on this and I'm thinking besides the obvious free modifications, I'm thinking draglites with skinny tires up front is my best bet or possibly tubular K-member. Would honestly really like to have that K-member though, can do wheels and tires anytime.
@MeanTA has a road race edition tubular K-member and loves it. Lightest one you can get. I forgot to mention skinnies on the front lol, good catch.
I love it. My k-member came in at around 20 lbs. There is a lot of wieght to remove from these cars. Just got to be creative. Some other routes that cost a little but worth it:
Tubular bumper supports
Optic armor rear Window
Lighter seats
Hellwig hollow sway bars
Hood
Tubular A-arms
Hard to find but billet aluminum rear control arms (super light)

I removed my rear bumper the other day, 20# and my carpet and insulation weighed almost 50#.
I'm doing some major weight reduction and all the wiring and boxes have plenty of weight.

Well … I just cleaned out the car, in which still sat misc. this and that of every variety and stripe… weighed out to 37 pounds of CRAP. Don't know what that turns into time-wise down on the big end, but I bet it's noticeable.
I would not suggest running skinnies on the street. One pot hole and you could end up in a world of trouble. Plus Im not sure about all of them but my Weld Prostars aegis stated "not for street use" in Virginia they will impound the car for this.
Id go with the k member!
What suspension work have you done? I'd definitely cover all the bolt on suspension you can do before worrying about weight.
